I liked this book because it had a lot of mysteries, was unpredictable, and has girl power in it. I never knew exactly what was going to happen, but the end made sense, and it was one of those, "how did I not see that coming?" moments. I encouraged my mom to read it, and she said, "I really liked the girl power messages. Hearing about the characters struggles was hard sometimes, but the ending made it totally worth it."
 
I really liked this book, and I hope you do too!

Nicole is going to dance camp, with Astrid's arch nemesis... A girl named Rachel. Astrid soon realizes that roller derby is not easy, and she has to work crazy hard to be able to play in the bout. In the camp, she makes a friend named Zoey and she turns out to be much more loyal than Nicole. I like this book, because I like to roller skate, and if you do too, you might like this book! I also like that she pushes through the hard work of roller derby. This is also just a fun book that I really like!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ally has a secret. She has Dyslexia, (which means it's difficult for her to read). She's never told anyone, because she thinks she's dumb, and it might sound like it, but think about this: no one has ever found out yet, and she is in the 5th grade. She has fooled a lot of smart people, including her brother, Travis, her mother, and a bunch of teachers. I like this book because it- like Out of my Mind- helps people have more empathy for those with disabilities. Ally is funny and smart, and it's fun to see stuff from her perspective! Both of my moms have read it, and they like it a lot too!
