This is a case file to find out the truth. Is Origami Yoda real? Yes, he's a real, folded piece of paper, but can he use the force? Can he give true advice? Or is the biggest idiot in the school about to humiliate all of them? These are the questions Tommy intends to answer, so he's put together this case file, and is rereading all of the times Origami Yoda has helped them, and tries to figure out the truth... After the first book, there are 5 more, in which the student battle the dreaded... FunTime, the "educational" videos that are supposed to help them, are really killing their brains!!! I like these books, because they include Star Wars, and origami, both of which I love, but if you're not particularly interested in either, you might not like these books as much as I do. I like the characters, and my favorite one is a girl named Sarah. my favorite book is the second- to- last one called Princess Label maker to the Rescue!

Short- By Holly Goldberg Sloan

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Julia Marks is not tall. But she refuses to say she's short. When her mom signs her up to be in a musical, Julia is sure she's going to hate it. Boy, how wrong she is. She learns a lot, makes amazing friends, and has tons of fun! I love how Julia talks about grown-ups, and my moms often wondered why I kept laughing out loud, at random times while I was reading this book.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Astrid and her friend Nicole go to see a game of roller derby. Astrid loves it, and wants to play on the junior team with Nicole, but she doesn't realize that Nicole doesn't want to. Nicole is going to dance camp, with Astrid's arch nemesis... A girl named Rachel. Astrid soon realizes that roller derby is not easy, and she has to work crazy hard to be able to play in the bout. In the camp, she makes a friend named Zoey and she turns out to be much more loyal than Nicole. I like this book, because I like to roller skate, and if you do too, you might like this book! I also like that she pushes through the hard work of roller derby. This is also just a fun book that I really like!

Fish in a Tree- By Lynda Mullaly Hunt

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ally has a secret. She has Dyslexia, (which means it's difficult for her to read). She's never told anyone, because she thinks she's dumb, and it might sound like it, but think about this: no one has ever found out yet, and she is in the 5th grade. She has fooled a lot of smart people, including her brother, Travis, her mother, and a bunch of teachers. I like this book because it- like Out of my Mind- helps people have more empathy for those with disabilities. Ally is funny and smart, and it's fun to see stuff from her perspective! Both of my moms have read it, and they like it a lot too!
